Yes. Archive/unpublish the product to remove it from the storefront while keeping it in your catalog.

Use bright lighting, a clean background, and show multiple angles. Clear photos improve trust and conversions.

Yes. If you enable stock tracking, LinkDuka can prevent overselling and help you manage inventory.

Customers open your checkout link and complete payment using the payment options shown at checkout.

New orders appear under Orders in your dashboard. Each order shows its current status and next action.

Wait a moment for confirmation. If it doesn’t update, ask for the payment reference and contact support.

Yes. You can cancel an order depending on its current status and your shop policy.

Open Shop settings and upload your logo and banner image. Branding helps customers trust your store.

Open your shop link in a new tab (or share it to yourself) to see the storefront as customers see it.

Confirm your number is correct, check your signal, wait a few minutes, then try again. If it persists, contact support.

Use the Logout option in your dashboard sidebar/menu.
