The tracker flags a customer as overdue when two things are true at once: the balance is still above zero and more than 30 days have passed since the sale. You enter the days since each sale, so anything past 30 days with money still owing shows an overdue badge and a highlighted row in the outstanding list.

Yes. Each customer row has an amount paid field, so you can enter whatever has actually landed - for example KSh 6,000 already paid against a KSh 12,000 debt. The tracker subtracts it from the amount owed to give the remaining balance, and the customer is shown as partially paid until the balance reaches zero.

The collection rate is your total collected divided by your total credit given, shown as a percentage. If you gave KSh 20,000 in credit and collected KSh 8,000, the rate is 40%. It gives you one number for how much of everything you sold on credit has actually come back.

Each customer's balance is simply the amount owed minus the amount paid, and it never drops below zero. A customer with a KSh 5,000 balance who pays KSh 2,000 still owes KSh 3,000; one who pays more than they owed is shown as paid in full with no negative balance.

Each customer gets one of three statuses. Unpaid means nothing has been received against the amount owed, Partial means some money has landed but a balance remains, and Paid means the balance has reached zero. The status updates automatically from the amounts you enter.
